Identify one such gap in existing Business and propose an Ema persona to provide outsized gains to the team. Also what is the potential impact of solving it and how. Mention the end to end user journey of working with it.
The Ema Supply Chain Assistant uses Generative AI to optimize logistics operations and other process End to End by collaborating with employees improving productivity. This assistant helps ensure improving overall supply chain efficiency by doing repetitive & Mundane SCM activities throughout every work involved.
